Yes! Signing up, searching for doctors, and managing your health profile is completely free. You only pay the doctor's consultation fee when you book an appointment.
After booking, you'll receive a link to join the video call at your scheduled time. You can chat with your doctor before the call to share symptoms. After the call, you'll receive a digital prescription.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices and never share your personal health information with third parties without your consent.
Not yet. Appointments are booked and managed under your own account, so each family member currently needs their own PaxEM Health account to book and track their consultations. Booking for family members from a single account is on our roadmap.
When your doctor recommends lab tests, they're added to your digital prescription. Book the tests through the app, and your reports are delivered digitally to your Health Wallet and linked to that prescription — so you and your doctor can view the results alongside the original advice.
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets.
